By using Aurify, you agree to use the platform responsibly and follow these terms.
Users are responsible for the rooms, chat messages, display names, playlists, queues, and any content they create or share on Aurify.
Do not use Aurify for harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, spam, illegal activity, impersonation, or anything that disrupts other listeners or rooms.
Aurify may remove content, close rooms, restrict accounts, block access, or moderate activity when needed to keep rooms safe and usable.
Aurify uses YouTube API Services to allow users to search for YouTube music and video content, view public video metadata and thumbnails, and add YouTube results to shared room queues.
By using YouTube-related features on Aurify, users agree to follow the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google and YouTube policies.
Aurify does not allow users to download, copy, re-upload, store, redistribute, scrape, or misuse YouTube content. YouTube content must be accessed and played through YouTube's official player or embed experience where available.
YouTube is a third-party service. YouTube's own terms, privacy policy, availability, playback rules, and service limitations apply.
Spotify and any other connected music services are third-party services. Their own terms, policies, availability, and account rules apply.
Aurify is provided as is. We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aurify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using the service.
